First Front Door Grant - keep an eye out! 2021

The first front door grant is offered to clients who are obtaining a mortgage through their ffd providers. Our in house lender is one of them!


For every $1 you contribute, FFD will provide $3 in assistance, up to a maximum of $5,000. Your lender will guide you on how it'll benefit you!


This is only available for first time home owners, here are the income limits: https://www.huduser.gov/portal/datasets/il.html


Keep an eye out to submit your application early in 2021!

HUD homes!!!!

HUD homes are homes that have been foreclosed on, and are owned by the bank or the lender.  Owner occupied gets first dibs at placing a bid and then it's open to investors.  The first round of bids may be exclusive to owner occupied for 7-14 days or even longer. If a bid is not obtained in that time, then investors may place a bid.  These are houses going for what's owed on the property and may have some leeway to negotiate.  Keep in mind these homes are as is and you're taking full ownership for the property in it's current state.  For owner occupied, HUD will pay up to 3% but it must be specified on the bid.  There's also a program called, Good Neighbor Next Door  "Law enforcement officers, teachers, firefighters and emergency medical technicians can contribute to community revitalization while becoming homeowners through HUD's Good Neighbor Next Door Sales Program.
