Showing homes!

Hey there! Happy Tuesday!

I just wanted to talk today about what it's like to show houses to you!

So once we have your criteria set up, we'll be able to see which ones are available to view.  

These properties are either going to be a "go and show" or "appointment required"

Go and show means we'll have immediate access to the property.

Appointment required means we'll have to wait to see if that time works for the owner or tenant and they'll either confirm or deny. 

I set up the properties from furthest to closest to your home that way if anything happens you'll be closer to home. 

These are set up with time frames specifically for us, so it's very important to remain on schedule and to be on time.

If anything changes, please let me know immediately! That way we can pivot.
