How to purchase your first home! Pt 2

 Hey! It's Brielle Camiolo from Remax Access back at it again. 



You made it to part 2! To get caught up read the last post!


So after we find your dream home + you're ready to pull the trigger.......I'll write up an agreement of sale. This is the document that let's the seller know what were are offering them, what our financing is, if we're going to do a home inspection, if we're asking for any seller's assist, etc.

The seller can agree, deny or come back with negotiations. 


If the terms are agreed for both sides, the next steps are doing a home inspection and title search.


The home inspection allows an outside party to come in and inspect the home. They will push the house to the limits in a span of 2 hours to really get an idea of the house in a short time. Roof, plumbing, foundation, electric, appliances, hvac, water heather, basement, etc. 


The title search will let us know if the person selling it is actually that person, and if there's any liens or defaults against the property. 


These are to protect you doing the transaction!
